Founders Brewery
Founders Brewing is a favorite spot in downtown Grand Rapids. The design of this space had to not only have a great vibe but be functional for a multitude of people and types of events. The design of this space specifically caters to live music all year around, day to day dining, as well as an open and fun space for small events.
One of the most fun portions of the design is the outdoor space. It is open, spacious, and have a covered section for the unpredictable Michigan weather. The rich red brick and exposed metal beams on the interior adds to the nice open feel of the space, giving a nice warm and welcoming feel.
8th Street Commons
This multi-unit complex combines the charm of the past with state-of-the-art design and livability. Old world Victorian details adorn the exterior, including stone arches, dramatic dormers, and curved rooflines. The building holds twenty-four individual homes, including spacious one and two-bedroom layouts. Units feature dining, kitchen, and living spaces, along with a personal laundry and outdoor patio.
