Diamonte Del Sol
Welcome to the Diamonte del Sol on Jaco Beach, Costa Rica.
The goal was to create an luxury resort with a wide array of condominiums that would appeal to a large international clientele.
Challenged with a tricky site and a need for three buildings, Wayne met the clients’ requests, allowing stunning views of the Pacific Ocean from every room.
Meandering through the resort is a stunning pool surrounded by palm trees and a charming bridge, perfect for lounging and sunbathing. These features seamlessly tied the three buildings of the resort together giving it a resort like organic ambiance.
Nikki Beach Resort
Given a nearly unbuildable site, Wayne’s vision was to maintain the raw, natural landscape by building the resort into the elevation. Ironically, it was such a primitive site, we had to work hard to make it feel organic and keep the integrity. Giving it an international appeal, the resort was meant to transport a person from an ordinary existence to somewhere fantastical.
